Any specimens sent to NeoGenomics Laboratories via FedEx on Saturday, 05/25/2013 will not be delivered until Tuesday, 05/28/2013. |
Independence Day – Thursday July 4
Any specimens sent to NeoGenomics Laboratories via FedEx on Wednesday, 07/03/2013 will not be delivered until Friday, 07/05/2013. Any STAT testing being sent on Wednesday, 07/03/2013 MUST be called into Customer Care at 866-776-5907, option 1. . |
Labor Day – Monday September 2
Any specimens sent to NeoGenomics Laboratories via FedEx on Saturday, 08/31/2013 will not be delivered until Tuesday, 09/03/2012. |
Thanksgiving Day – Thursday November 28
Any specimens sent to NeoGenomics Laboratories via FedEx on Wednesday, 11/27/2013 will not be delivered until Friday, 11/29/2013. Any STAT testing being sent on Wednesday, 11/27/2013 MUST be called into Customer Care at 866-776-5907, option 1. The laboratory will be open Friday, November 29 and Saturday November 30. |
Christmas Day – Wednesday, December 25
Any specimens sent to NeoGenomics Laboratories via FedEx on Tuesday, 12/24/2013 will not be delivered until Thursday, 12/26/2013. Any specimens sent to NeoGenomics Laboratories via FedEx on Tuesday, 12/31/2013 will not be delivered until Thursday, 01/02/2014. Any STAT testing being sent on Tuesday, 12/24/2013 or Tuesday 12/31/2013 MUST be called into Customer Care at 866-776-5907, option 1. |
